What is CrackOChem?

      - Comprehensive tutoring videos available via online streaming

        Will this work with my professor/textbook/syllabus?
        YES!
        - Organic chemistry is unique because it is universal no matter what book you use.
        - Each chapter of an ochem textbook is generally dedicated to ONE type of
        reaction or compound (ex. alkanes,free radicals, etc).
        - CrackOchem videos are set up to match book chapters in ANY order. Just click on the corresponding chapter!

        How do I use these videos?
        - Use them just like a personal tutor.
        - Because these videos are so comprehensive, some students have successfully
        used them as textbook replacements.
        - However to maximize your chance of doing well, we recommend:
        1. Watch the VIDEOS to learn the material.
        2. Go to LECTURE to review & get any extra info.
        3. Use your BOOK for practice problems & reference

          How many times can I watch the videos I purchase?
          - When you purchase access to a video... you get 10 plays of that video.
          - Please keep in mind that once you click on the chapter link to load a video, that counts as 1 play, whether you watch the entire or just part of the video.
          - With 10 plays, you have the flexibility to watch lessons according to your own schedule & needs. The average # of plays a student uses is 1-2x when learning the material, & 1x when reviewing for exams. That leaves ~ 7 extra plays to use in case you need them.
          - Also, to conserve plays, we suggest that if you want to watch part of the video now, and resume watching the rest later, keep the video player open. If you close the window, navigate away from the player, refresh the page, shut down your computer, etc., you will need to use another play to load the video again.
          - In the unlikely event that you exhaust all 10 plays and would like further review, we'd be glad to offer additional plays at a discounted rate.
